• The above weekly and monthly rates are complimentary of ABF.
• Breakfast is optional at 150 B.-/ person/ day.
• The above mentioned rates are inclusive of 7% value added tax, daily cleaning, electricity and water charge.
• Full amount of rental price has to be settled on arrival date to guarantee the room rate and availability.
• For stay of less than 3 months, a security of 1 month rental charge is required in advance.
• For stay of more than 3 months, a security of 2 months deposit and 1 month rental charge are required in advance.
