Daily Rate:

• Room Rates are inclusive of ABF.
• Children from 0 - 6 years old get FREE of charge.
• Baby cot provided FREE of charge.

Weekly and Monthly Rate:

• Please contact reservation for weekly and monthly rates.
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is optional at 150-200 B.-/ person/ day.
• All rates are inclusive of 7% value added tax, daily cleaning, electricity and water charge.
• Full amount of rental price has to be settled on arrival date to guarantee the room rate and availability.
• For stay of less than 3 months, a security of 1 month rental charge is required in advance.
• For stay of more than 3 months, a security of 2 months deposit and 1 month rental charge are required in advance.
• Available from Now - 31 October 2012. 

Joiner Policy

In accordance with hotel policy and in line with Thai Government's regulation, please kindly be advised that every extra-person who might visit or 

happens to stay over during day or night with the registered guests, will need to be registered at the front desk by presenting his/her identity card 

prior to checking in. The fee of BHT 300.-/person/night will also be charged into guest account; cash is not accepted. Visitors or joiners have to 

leave hotel rooms/premises before 12.00 noon. Visitor ID cards will be returned upon their departure. The guests must be held responsible for any 

misbehavior, loudness, irritating voices, lost, missing items and damages of properties or assets in the hotel rooms, which will be charged accordingly. 

The hotel will not be responsible for any properties lost.
